I am just hoping I get what I paid for.You have just responded to my review requesting my order number so that you might locate it. I am now deeply concerned this is a scam as I gave my email address and you have not even sent an acknowledgement of the order I placed. I should have had the book to download, and the hard copy to be posted. You have not sent me anything by way of acknowledgement despite the £59 taken from my bank account today. If you d not send me an email detailing this purchase and the digital download, I will instruct my bank to raise this as fraud and retrieve my payment from you, or your company, I hope this is a salutary warning for others who may be temped to part with their money for thin air! I will expect an email at the very least within 24hrs, or will take this further, is this clear.
