I intended to purchase a book but was unexpectedly enrolled in a monthly subscription without my consent. I was charged 22 euros and 85 euros for a lifetime subscription, and I couldn't cancel it myself since I never set up an online account. I reached out to the company, but they denied my request for a refund. This has been a very frustrating and misleading experience. I won't stop here; I will share this fraud everywhere online! This is unacceptable.
