It's been 15 business days since purchase and I haven't even received a dispatch notice. (Yes I've checked the junk). Are they actually legit, or have I been scammed?I did receive my goods a few days later. So will up star to 3. The company really needs to communicate better and send out notifications ie. when items have been sent etc
So here’s the deal. I wrote a review that was fairly negative. I even created a fraud case with my cc company as the shipping times were a little longer than I expected. And yes, the prices are a bit higher than one might expect. That said, I did receive my order just shortly thereafter. The product was well packaged and look nice. If you’re looking for these glasses to replace higher end products, this isn’t your deal. If you want some stylish and affordable and I might add, pretty well made, then I would recommend. Amazon has ruin me and my patience thinking everything should arrive today or tomorrow!!! So be patient, give these guys a chance.
Please do not order from this Company. I repeat. Do not order. I ordered over a Month ago. Im out of $33.98 and the company will not refund me. Agent informed me my package is stuck in China and no idea when i'd receive my package. Advise me that when i receive it i can return it and receive half of my money back. This is a scam. Tracking on item never changes. I'm reporting this company to the Better Bussiness Beaureau. Not fair they can just take my hard earned money. When you call their number 1256-482-1135. The automated machine just hangs up on me. Can't get thru to anyone. Buyer beware. They will not be in business much longer. Must be a SCAM!!!!!!
Complete scam. Glasses are worth $1, and they advertise a refund policy but they will send you email after email telling you please keep the glasses for a 20% refund s d them 50% or 70% and tell you it takes 20 days to process a refund, even though their site shows 3 to 7 days. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer be warned stay far away from this website and company!
