I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive. The tracking portal indicates they've been out for delivery since December 3rd, 2025, and now it's December 17th, 2025. The courier is a subcontractor, but the tracking system doesn't provide their number, so I can't follow up on my order.
I was impressed by how quickly the shipping was managed. My glasses arrived safely within a few days, and the packaging was neat and professional. The bifocal lenses work excellently, providing sharp vision both up close and at a distance. I couldn't have asked for a smoother shopping experience.
The glasses are nice for the price. However, the shipping process (which you pay for) is a nightmare. They ship from overseas and take a long time to arrive. Meanwhile, you’ll be inundated with promotional emails. Overall, it's just not worth it.
Received these glasses and all 3 pairs were faulty, vision was intermittently blurry. Complained to customer services, offering 30% refund and “give the glasses to someone else” - why would I want to give dangerous faulty goods to someone? Then offered 40% and then 50% refund. Told if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay for return postage for “faulty goods” that are no fault of my own. Ridiculous company who think fobbing me off will work. That will not happen.
