Easy process to order. Glasses came in and are great. If I had to give some constructive criticism, it would be nice to have an idea of lead time for shipping. Express shipping tells us how fast it will come to us, but there isn't an obvious indication of how long it is to produce the glasses.

Never received my glasses, I should have read the reviews first cause my experience sounds just like so many others, if they are a real company the shipping SUCKS!!!! delayed, then said delivered and poof….. no package, I did email the company and told the story they replied with tracking number and said it was delivered tuff S… guess I’ll just chalk it up to lost money like so many others do your self a solid STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of the Manly Kicks Blue Blocking Reading Glasses. These are hands down the worst glasses I’ve ever purchased. The frames are made of cheap plastic and literally broke the second time I used them. For something advertised as durable, this was beyond disappointing.It took weeks just to get a response from the company. When I finally got in touch, they requested photos, which I promptly sent. Then they ghosted me for several more weeks, only to come back and say it was too late to receive a replacement. Their “solution”? A pathetic 30% discount on another pair of their garbage product.To make matters worse, the glasses shipped directly from China and took a whopping six weeks to arrive. At this point, I don’t know what’s worse—the product, the company, or the shipping process.Save yourself the headache and go with Missfive instead. Their glasses are far superior in quality, and the company actually stands behind their products. Don’t waste your money on this scam. 🌟
The shipment, originally sent with China Mail took too long to get to the US. After that, it was handed over to USPS and the package was ceased for a reason, and I quote: "counterfeit or unpaid postage, the package will not be delivered". Manlykicks support was not helpful in my attempts to get a refund.
I've spent over $120 dollars on this Chinese owned business. The only order they got right was the very first one I placed. The subsequent 2 were botched and they have me the run around trying to get the order right or a refund neither of which happened. Would not buy again.. would not recommend.
Just like everyone else, I would rate them a zero. I order my glasses two weeks ago, they responded once saying that they are delayed because it is a "custom order" which I have no idea what that means as I just ordered the stock glasses off the site. I have requested two more updates and have had zero response. It appears to be a complete SCAM. Do not order as I have chalked it up to just losing money at this point.
