Review Time
I brought a pair of glasses and it was sent to the wrong address. I called and sent emails multiple times and no one has called or emailed me back. I can even get a refund for the glasses so I'm out 40 dollars. This place is not worth using. The order number is 231823. The glasses should have went to the billing address.
Also its ashamed I had to do a review on trust polit for you to respond.
If I could rate this a zero, I would. The glasses do not match the description provided. I attempted to return them for a refund, but all I received was more frustration from the service. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card. I would not suggest this product to anyone.

The second pair only had magnification in the lower section, with no prescription in the rest of the lens. The third pair was supposed to be polarized but wasn't, despite being clearly labeled as such. After three weeks of emailing with no resolution, I was only offered a 40% reimbursement. I have requested the correct order but have yet to receive a response.
I placed my order on December 6th. It is now the 23rd, and I have yet to receive my order. There was no warning or information indicating it would be shipped from overseas. I would have never placed the order if I had known. I guess that's on me; I should have researched better. Avoid this service unless you're ready to wait a month.
