Great service, quick and they assured my items were safe and sound, they moved my Yamaha piano which weighed over 500 kilos, what seemed impossible was actually shockingly easy after seeing how professional they were in the trade i can only highly recommend these guys and can assure you that they are exceptional at what they do.
The representative I spoke with was friendly, but the prices listed on the website are significantly inaccurate. I mentioned this during our call, suggesting they update their price lists, as anyone checking the website would be surprised by the quotes. His response was somewhat defensive, claiming he had operated the phone for years without issues, which was amusing. My advice: call them and disregard the website prices. However, I would recommend looking elsewhere, as you can find similar services at much lower prices, which I have just done, despite the representative's assurances.
I left a review already that the job was not finished after the move. I got someone to look at our ottoman bed now to try "get the job finished" and the reason they never came back (and ignoring my messages following the move) was they actually broke the ottoman bed (spring part) and they never told us. This is not great from the team at Man with Van London and we are very disappointed that this was not communicated and obviously didnt admit fault.
Excellent service, both from Dylan in the office, as from Danny, Salim & Ali - moving team.Very competitive price, no hidden or extra charges. The team moved my belongings to a storage facility, and then to my new flat few weeks later. Very efficient team, they were careful with my belongings, really quick, and incredibly friendly. I could not recommend this company enough, and will certainly be using their services in the future. Thank you for making the move less stressful for me!
