Overall, my experience was mostly positive, but I have to mention that my number seemed to have been cloned right away, as I began receiving numerous messages about a service I had not used. I even received a phone call from a fast-food chain inquiring about an order I did not place.
I have not received any guidance on how to activate the esim or register it to the phones. The only communication I've had is the order confirmation email, which instructs me to await further details that have never come! I've reached out via email twice with no response. They chose to respond to a negative review here, blaming me for not providing device information. But how can I do that when they haven't sent any link or replied to my inquiries? They seem to prioritize responding to bad reviews rather than assisting customers. All I want is the products I have already paid for, nothing more.
