Worst experience ever!This company threatens and bullies it’s customers. Dylan is extremely rude. I was harassed by this company whilst in transit from the pick up location to the drop off location, because they expected me to transfer payment before delivery of my items, despite failing to advise they required immediate payment during confirmation of the booking/payment method. I was under the impression that I paid upon delivery of my goods. My driver was careless and complained for most of the job. How can you have a moving company but not come with a moving trolley??? Absolutely not the service I was promised and I have aches all over my body from having to carry heavy loads because the driver did not have a trolley that the items could be pushed with. When I refused to tip the driver (after already spending £500), he looked angry. The company seems extremely money hungry. They don’t care about keeping your belongings safe or giving you a good service. I am disgusted by the experience that I had. The positive reviews on their page seem, in my opinion, as though they are not authentic. Would rate 0 stars if I could!
