Maple & Grace is a complete scam. The photos on their website are misleading — the clothes you actually receive look nothing like what’s advertised. The items are made of cheap, non‑breathable plastic material, and the quality is truly awful.
If you try to return anything, you’re told to ship it back to China at your own expense and deal directly with the manufacturer. It’s an exhausting, frustrating process designed to make returns nearly impossible.
Please don’t buy from them. After this experience, I will never order clothing online again.

This is exactly the same type of website, conditions and AI baloney that I fell for when I bought items from "Moose and Pine"--same sappy "Vancouver local" premise with no actual address or local phone number. The items were absolute crap and when I tried to return them (exactly the same promise on this site) they instead offered a 20% refund or I could return them to the manufacturer IN CHINA for 100% refund. Didn't seem likely. Instead I had to live and learn. So, that's why I'm sharing here. We all work too hard for our money to lose it to scammers like this. Beware.
I found them through an Instagram ad. The website does have inconsistencies, including email domains for customer service and company backstory, and images for the boutique look AI generated (but cannot confirm). And they continuously have an “ends tonight at 11:59” sale, so do with that what you will. Products are shipped from a “trusted manufacturing partner” in China (which I did not expect from a small Canadian boutique). You cannot find a physical boutique address in Vancouver, Canada. The only physical address you can find for this company is in the Netherlands, and the response email from customer service has the to/from in the thread in Dutch, as is the billing extension for the purchase on my bank statement. After considerable correspondence with the company via email (there is no phone number provided on their site), my purchase was refunded prior to shipping but there was a delay on correspondence at times because of the different time zones. Lessons learned: do your research for the Instagram ad finds that seem a little too good to be true. Take time to walk through the entire site before committing to a purchase. But always try to connect with the company to remedy your concerns.
