The online shop of the brand is just a scam. You don't expect anything like this from a luxury brand, but here we are. I've ordered a discovery set for 40 euros. Instead, they've sent me a bunch of postcards. The package box was not damaged or torn, so clearly they didn't put the set in the store. When I contacted the support and showed them photos of an empty package, they promised an investigation. It lasted apparently 1,5 months – because no one reached out until I contacted the support again. And in the end they claimed that there was no mistake and they won't make a refund. It felt like they accused me of a lie while clearly there is some thief on their side – just recently I saw the review describing a similar situation on their Google maps page.Highly not recommended, might as well just burn that 40 euros.
Each perfume has its own story and scent that takes you on a journey and creates that feeling of "this is my vibe." I have Tilia, which has a very summery vibe and I really love it, because the moment I smelled it on my skin, it gave me such a fresh and luxurious vibe, and the scent lasts at least 8-10 hours. I recommend it.
