I ordered three different sizes of brushes from a company on November 20th, paying a total of 58.95, including delivery. I had specific styles in mind and eagerly awaited their arrival. After two weeks, I found that the package hadn’t been received by the delivery service. After contacting them, I received the brushes two days later, but they were not the correct sizes. I had intended to order the XL brushes, but the website was not updated. Returning them was complicated; I had to call for a return form, print it, and pay for return shipping. As a busy hairdresser, this was very stressful. I finally managed to return the brushes, incurring an additional 5 pounds in shipping fees. I included a note explaining the situation and requested a full refund due to receiving the wrong items. After waiting nearly a week, I called again and was told the package had been received and that I would receive a refund shortly. On December 19th, I received 48.60 instead of the full amount. I reached out via email to address the discrepancy, but received no clear response. It’s frustrating that a company would withhold 10 pounds from the refund. This lack of respect for customers is unacceptable. I intend to report this issue to the bank. It's not just about the money; it's about being treated fairly. I would advise others to avoid this company.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for just under £80 and received no confirmation or dispatch notice. After the delivery window passed, I tried to call but only reached voicemail, emailed with no response, and used live chat where I was promised a follow-up that never came. I still have no resolution, and it feels like they simply took my money without sending anything.
