I have had great experience so far, the process with yucca is really easy. They are fast to respond and follow through the entire process. Johann was great today, well prepared and informative. He answered all my questions and explained all the resources yucca provides. I can’t wait to receive my first treatment and start seeing results.
Before l signed up with Yucca, l went online to read the reviews because l was concerned about spending money and the product not working or the representatives not being helpful and friendly. Signing up was easy enough. The patient portal is easy to navigate. Johann from the onboarding team explained everything really thoroughly in an easy to understand step-by-step process. Now I’m just waiting on the speedy delivery to start my journey.
The process to sign up was easy and didn’t take long at all. Once I was approved the onboarding person Lucy was super nice and helpful. My medication arrived quickly and the instructions easy. I don’t know if it’s working yet but I’m excited to find out in the next month or so.
They're customer service was with you through the whole process. The did a check in call, which almost never happens with any other service.Hazel was my rep and was very helpful and insightful. They're tech support was also very helpful. I had issues logging into my portal and they were able to resolve it very quickly.
