I used the sizing chart to order them for my partner and....$120 and 4 weeks later- Way too small!!

Oh you want your money back? Cool as, return them. But not to China where they were drop shipped from! Return them to USA which will cost you half the amount of the shirts in the first place!!

Customer service pretends to care, but don't offer a solution. Technically THEIR FAULT for having the wrong sizes on the sizing chart.

Frustrating experience with dress shirts

I ordered a black and a white stretch dress shirt, but delivery took over a month. When they finally arrived, I was disappointed. The inadequate packaging caused the collar of the black shirt to be damaged. Additionally, I noticed a stripe of red ink on the white shirt upon unpacking. While the quality is decent, it does not match the advertised standards. I recommend looking elsewhere for shirts. I even signed up just to share my experience.

Delivery took forever and items arrived damaged

I ordered two stretch dress shirts, one black and one white, and it took over a month for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was disappointed. The packaging was poor, resulting in the collar of the black shirt being permanently crunched. I also found a stripe of red ink on the white shirt as I unpacked it. The shirts are of decent quality, but they don't match the advertised description. I suggest buying from another source. I even signed up just to leave this review.

Subpar quality and terrible support

I ordered two sets of shirts, shipped from the US to the UK, which took longer than expected. The quality was below my expectations, and the fit was poor. I initiated a return, but the return process was frustrating. I had to pay £30 per parcel for returns that were undeliverable due to an incorrect address on the seller's site. After a month of following up, I learned the proper return process wasn't communicated. I had to send multiple emails just to get the right address. I can't recommend this seller; the hassle and costs are not worth it.
