I've had such a positive experience with Mark at the Mortgage Broker, as a first-time buyer with little experience in this area . It was a difficult situation for me as I am applying by myself. Mark kept me updated and was so patient with me. I am deaf and I requested all communication to be by email. He was able to secure the mortgage for me in time and secured a house and content insurance. The work was completed in honesty and integrity. I am thankful for his support and understanding. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s seeking for mortgage advice.
From start to finish the service we got from Mark was second to none. He took all the stress and worry of sorting out our new mortgage away from us and we were able to just sit back and relax while he got us the best deal possible. If we had any questions at all he was in the other end of the phone straight away and he kept us up to date at every stage. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of Mark 👌

Another area of focus is reviewing protection needs to ensure an adequate level of cover is in place to protect each individual, their family, and their property. This can be by setting up life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection or family income benefit. And of course building and contents insurance to ensure each property is fully insured.
