Very poor service staff member are very arrogant and do not have manners how to talk with person add on currier have no offices i have received my imp doc from dhobi as currier person has provided currier to him ITS MY HUMBLE RESQUEST NOT TO SEND YOUR IMP DOC INTO THIS SERVICE
They charged extra courier charges in the name of Rakhi and did not deliver the Rakhi. Instead of signing, they signed themselves and put the number on the courier. No courier arrives on time.courier number560944725

AWB num: 264277098from Ankleshwar to - Jam Khambhaliya 361305Contact number : 9327953869after 5 days of courier done yet not deliver the shipment and no customer care available and no appropriate answer received form any person. from past 3 days no update received on website also. customer care is also not available. when track the courier and it shows stuck at same place from last 3 days and called that office, they said we don't have time right now call us later if you required your courier status. very rude behavior.
Very poor service, Not even Updating the current location of the product. Customer and receiver both are suffering. When i called to courier company they don't even have phone number. i got their number from someone and when i spoke to them they told me Software is closed now. This is not a solution of my problem.
