I called as my weekly payment was being taken on a Thursday instead of a Friday for the last 2 weeks, I spoke with Sarah who was very helpful and polite, she advised me of the technical issue which caused the problem and assured me that she would resolve this for me. Very happy with the service Sarah provided and had to wait for only about 20 seconds to get through on the phone.
