I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing and unresolved issues I have experienced with your company in relation to my current car finance agreement. These issues have now been occurring for several months and remain unresolved as of the most recent incident on 18/09/2025.Monthly Payment and Harassment:Each month, I make my finance payment on time, specifically on the 28th without fail. Despite this, I continue to receive harassing emails demanding payment — even though the payments have been processed correctly through the online portal. This repeated, baseless contact is both stressful and unacceptable.Vehicle Unlock Code Delays:After making each monthly payment, I am required to contact your team for a prompt code to enable use of the vehicle. Despite fulfilling my obligations, I am frequently left waiting weeks for this code. This results in unnecessary disruption to my personal and professional life, including loss of income and immense stress. It is unacceptable that I must chase your team month after month for what should be an automatic process.Compensation Offer:I have raised several formal complaints, and in response, was offered a £25 compensation. Frankly, this does not come close to covering the inconvenience, financial loss, or emotional distress caused by your repeated failures to uphold your side of the agreement.I responded to your offer on 18/09/2025, yet nearly three weeks later, I am still waiting for a reply. The lack of urgency and care shown toward resolving this matter only adds to my frustration.Request to Exit Agreement:Given the repeated breaches of service, lack of communication, and failure to provide the contracted service, I now formally request to exit this agreement. It is clear that your company is either unwilling or unable to fulfill your obligations to customers reliably.Final Note:I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are willing to deal with ongoing financial and customer service issues. My experience has shown that your organisation does not prioritize its customers or respect contractual obligations.Update: no response to email sent nearly 4 weeks ago even though I’ve been promised it will be chased up. Today tried to make phone call to them sat in queue waiting for over 10 minutes go through and phone was put down. 23/09 - This issue hasn’t been sorted by the customer care team…. More lies from marsh finance …. Promised on the 16/10 will get a reply within 7 working days…. SHOCK! No reply. Will now be looking into legal proceedings against this company for breach of contract.
