Completely horrible and inefficient…

Completely horrible and inefficient organisation. I keep receiving notifications that I am in arrears, despite never missing a payment. I have responded to them to verify their record, but the messages continue to arrive, including threats. Getting through on the phone is like undergoing an interrogation, as if I were applying for finance all over again.

Im still awaiting a refund

Im still awaiting a refund after a month of chasing this, the decision was made by the FOS that i was due a refund after accepting the offer on the 9th september i was told it would be in my account within 5-7 working days after waiting nearly 2 weeks i got back in touch to be told it now needed a managers approval and that would take another3 days ive then waited again to be told it would be in my account within 5 working days as it had been sent to the finance team for processing and after speaking to customer services today as the customer care team dont have a number and take forever to respond to emails they advise the finance team have now said they are awaiting further evidence/ approval which means its now been over a month of being fobbed off and lack of response to emails from myself and the Ombudsman team and im guessing its now going to be another 5 - 7 days of waiting for something else to crop up and need approving even though this has been approved and sorted through the ombudsman.

Excellent customer service 👏🏽

I did not keep an eye on my direct debit payment and for some reason it hadn't gone through. I contacted Marsh Finance when I saw the email and had Abdul give me such excellent customer service without making me feel like a criminal. He was very clear how to process my payment, as it didnt like the automated service and he gave me a reference at the end. I will keep a closer eye on my payments as I have not missed any for years!
