Marugame offers absolutely nothing gluten free, and tonight even rice was unavailable at Waterloo because the rice cooker had broken.
Please please provide something, ANYTHING for people who are not being difficult or choosing foods on a whim, but for those who wish more than anything that they too could sit down and enjoy a meal with their family.

My food was excellent

My food was excellent, the only problem was we over ordered. I had the katsu chicken with rice(which was amazing but huge). The customer service was very good. You go round like a semi circle to get everything. Genius.

Vegan curry with rice

Dreadful. It's supposed to have vegetables but only had a few bits of carrot and potato; there is barely anything nutritional and nothing tasty about it. I see this complaint has come up before but they've done nothing to address it.

I had the vegan curry which was curry sauce with a couple of tiny cubes of potato and a few tiny cubes of carrot and loads watery curry sauce on glutinous rice - it wasn’t fresh Also the veggie dumplings were over cooked and cold Very very disappointing
