Unhappy burger/ice cream person

I visited Culvers, Rockville Rd. & Country Club Rd., Indianapolis, IN on 9/27/25. I ordered a double burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo. I received two over cooked, basically burned burgers, really super dry, with ketchup, pickle & onion...awful. First, we received the wrong order to our table. The two of us, were brought 3 chicken sandwiches with fries, belonging to the customers a few tables down from us. We took them their order. Next after trying to eat my burned burgers with the condiments I did not order.., we order the carmel nut ice cream on cones. The weather was nice, so we took our cones outside to eat them. My cone started leaking ice cream in the middle of the cone, leaking on my clothes & on the patio, I had to rush back inside to get a cup. My cone was cracked in half.....no acceptable. I will never go back....

Good food

The food was great and the line moved quick. The food tastes fresh every time and that root beer is my favorite thing ever!

What happened to the cod sandwich?

I have ordered the cod fillet sandwich many times. I love Culvers food, because it's usually so fresh, but not any more. It was just like every other fast food restaurant... dried out, tough garbage. They changed the bun. It's smaller and completely dried out. It tastes really old. The fish wasn't fresh out of the fryer. It was tough, thin and super skinny. Tasted microwaved. I have ordered this sandwich 3 times thinking it was just that one day, but this is the new normal in Eau Claire, WI Gateway location I guess.

I’ve been going to Culvers for years

I’ve been going to Culver’s for years. Love the food. But I used to get a Strawberry shake with my meals. This year the strawberries weren’t as sweet as in the past and the last shake I had the strawberries were cut in dices and were sour. Haven’t had a shake since. Also there are times when I would ask for extra strawberries and the shake tasted more like vanilla than strawberries which were very scarce.

Could've been great but dry and bland…

Could've been great but very little tarter sauce on the cod sandwich. One knife full on one side of bun, the other long bun was completely dry. To get more you have to stand in line and pay 60 cents, lol! Very inconvenient when you've used the drive thru, and then parked and walked inside to get some. They should really not nickel and dime you like this and simply spread tarter sauce on both sides of a bun on the $8 sandwich. It could've been a great sandwich, instead it was dry and bland.

This restaurant is hostile to handicap…

This restaurant is hostile to handicap people. Employees rudely tell customers that because the Culver's restaurant is on private property, Ga laws (like Code Title 40. Motor Vehicles and Traffic § 40-6-226) do not apply to them.On 5/20 between 10:30 a and 11:30 am I got a meal at this establishment (which I would say, is very good.). Because I am handicap, I parked in the Handicap parking space. I had my handicap placard on display in the windshield, and had a Handicap icon on the rear of my car so that anyone behind me would know I am a handicap driver. When I began to pull out of my handicap space, I found a customer car had just parked in front of the restaurant door - in the left lane, but still blocking me in my space. I have a rear camera on my car and made a good fair effort to pull out twice without the car having to move, but I was unable to safety do so.The driver of the car was in the car and clearly saw I was stuck, but did not take any action, like driving his car forward by just a few feet so I could leave (I latter found out said driver was waiting for his meal to be hand delivered to him by a Culver's employee.I gave a quick honked on my horn, then a longer honk, and then a third even longer one - and when that failed to motivate said driver to just move a few feet so I could leave, I just sat on my horn until he moved (more than 2 minutes).Afterwards the driver of the offending car rolled down his window and yelled out I was a "dumass"; a women, with two children, that were walking to the entrance of Culver's yelled back asking the yelling of swear words to stop.As all this was going on, a Culver employee was delivering food to the line of cars parked (not in any parking spaces or a designated pick up zone, but in the left lane of the street to exit the parking lot, blocking other parking spaces). Even after said mother expressed concern over the violent exchange in front of her children, the employee took no action.I rolled down my window and told said employee that Culver's staff and management was knowingly instructing drivers to park illegally. Culver employee rudely advised me that because this was private property, laws do not apply to Culver's staff. I pointed out that Culver had painted / postered arrows themselves on the private property street, so they were also not following their own posted policy and procedures. The Culver's employee's response was to rudely order me to leave Culver's property, if I was not going to buy another meal. When I left, the car blocking the handicap space move back to his original position blocking access to the Handicap parking space I had vacated, all under said Culver's employee supervision.

Went to the Culvers in Deland

Went to the Culvers in Deland, FL. Tried inside and then today drive-thru. First time I bought the hamburger along with the cheese bites. Hamburger was great but I got sick after eating the cheese bites too much cheese. Today I ordered the Double Hamburgers and fries with the Root Beer for my husband and; We loved them. The Hamburger reminded me of IN n OUT Hamburgers in Lancaster, CA. Great BEEFY flavor; flavorful fries; and the Root Beer reminded me of A & W Root Beer when I was a kid. Jade waited on us and did an exceptional job; very pleasant and accommodating. Tried to SCAN for the review but QR Reader couldn't read anything so I decided to do it on line.
