We just returned from an amazing 5-night adventure in Switzerland, staying in three different locations and taking 8 train trips, including the Bernina Express. The arrangements were expertly managed by the service. The team showcased impressive knowledge and experience in planning this type of holiday. The itinerary was well-organized, the accommodations were comfortable, and the communication was exceptional.
The service was exceptional from beginning to end, from initial contact to the final outcome. They were incredibly accommodating regarding our needs. They created a perfect itinerary for our holiday, and although we encountered a few minor issues during booking—through no fault of the service—their quick resolution was commendable. Their attention to every detail, both personal and financial, was very refreshing. I can't recommend them enough.
The travel designer displayed excellent knowledge of all travel aspects, listened to my preferences, and created a fantastic itinerary. Although the holiday is still some time away, she allowed me time to consider and get back to her. Her colleague who took my message was also very supportive. We received an online brochure that was quite helpful as well.
Booking this holiday through the service was incredibly easy. The person I worked with was very helpful, responsive, and contacted me exactly when promised. While such excellent service comes at a cost, it also offers support and a holiday tailored to my needs and budget. This was my first experience with them, but I would gladly recommend.
