Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered items well in advance for a holiday gift, expecting a 1-4 day delivery. I ordered on December 11th, but they still haven't arrived. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Now, after Christmas, I still have no items. I've found a tracking number stating delivery is due soon, but they are asking for an unexpected import tax, which is very frustrating. My partner is upset over not receiving a gift.
