I received a suit set in size large - it's too big (really runs true to size for US misses, but I was worried it would run small). The team has facilitated an exchange and been fast and friendly to work with. Also, the quality of the item I received was great, and I've ordered more!

I've purchased three sweaters from them, the quality and value are both really excellent. Their customer service is awesome, I've been so impressed. I had an issue with delivery with my first order, they responded very quickly (on a weekend) and took care of it. I shop online at a lot of places and this one is one of the best.
OGL has excellent customer service. They were super responsive when I needed to exchange items that didn’t fit as expected and shipped the replacements right away. Shipping costs were very reasonable. The products themselves are high quality — the material is incredibly soft and the cuts are very flattering. I would absolutely recommend them.
Amazing customer service! I sent a message to exchange an item on Sunday afternoon. By that evening I had a response and the issue was taken care of. I loved their clothing before, but their customer service has made me a shopper for life.
I bought a matching tank and skirt and really liked the outfit, but the top was too small despite sizing up. The fit didn't align with the size chart. I tried a different style, but the color and fabric didn't complement the skirt. Consequently, I returned all four items and still haven't received my refund! It's been nearly a year!

I appreciate that their packaging is not entirely plastic. It would be great to have some options for taller sizes in both tops and bottoms!
