I’ve been collaborating with the service for about a month and placed a bulk order in anticipation of a major sales event, aiming to establish a long-term partnership. Regrettably, the experience has been highly unsatisfactory. They consistently failed to meet their commitments, resulting in ongoing shipping delays and complicating the fulfillment process unnecessarily. Communication deteriorated significantly, and eventually, the representative I was dealing with ceased all responses and blocked my contact. Consequently, I now have customers who did not receive their orders, forcing me to issue refunds out of my own pocket, leading to considerable financial losses. There has been no resolution, no accountability, and no support from their team. I’ve attempted to contact customer service through various channels without receiving any response. This has been a completely wasted bulk order, with zero assistance from the company. I cannot recommend this service to any business owner who values reliability, communication, or accountability. Very disappointed.
