I thought I’d already did this review,🤦♀️, amazing company to buy off , delivery was perfect, the lounger pads are much better than the photo , they are like a mattress really thick and good material, the frame is light but really strong so really pleased with the whole experience

I saw that the pergola was discounted a week after my purchase, and they handled that efficiently. Excellent communication and customer support.
The date mentioned is misleading. I reported an issue last November after my purchase. Due to the holiday season, the delivery of the replacement occurred on the indicated date. During this time, the representative was outstanding, providing excellent service. The delivery team was also commendable on the replacement day. My mistake was installing the table tops upside down, which caused me to notice stains. The product is fantastic when positioned correctly. If the company can ensure that there are no stains on the glass side, they truly offer a remarkable two-for-one product. I must highlight the exemplary service throughout this process. I highly recommend this service and product.
