This game is so much fun and I love the great deals they give you on the coin packages. I would never forget the time I was going through financial hardship and hit the jackpot on McLuck. I was able to pay some of my debt off. McLuck is also quick about getting your redemption to you. Yes, I love this game lol even though my winning streak has worn down.
I really had been enjoying McLuck. One of my top sites. For a long while I had no deals..only 3 packs in my store. So I stopped purchasing. Then none day deals started happening again 5% daily. Awesome. I started using this site again, but sadly I kept losing but I really tried hard to get to Ruby! I would surely make some money back.
Sadly I got 53 million GC away from Ruby and all of a sudden my store is almost completely gone (I have only two options) and I cannot buy either of them.
I have been purchase declined and seems store banned all right before hitting Ruby. Support will not reply to me. I am still down about 1800 this year on this site and really was trying to get to Ruby and the night before I would reach it I get hit with this. It really just puts a really sour taste in my mouth. I have pushed a lot of money through this site and to just be purchase and store banned like this is just not a good experience and I hope others don’t run into this issue.
I have been playing with mcluck for a while, and I won$3500, i have been patiently waiting.I have waited for the full amount of time that they say will take for a redemption to be processed.It now shows on their side that it has been processed and successful.Nothing else is pending has been sent to my bank.My bank does not hold anything.They automatically and immediately would put it in my account if they've received it.I have contacted them and they have not received it.Nobody is helping me here on Mclucks end all I want is some information transaction details. Nobody can help me and they keep telling me. I have to wait longer, and that is not correct. Because on their end, it says successful, my bank does not show it my bank does not hold the money. Therefore, something's going on and i'm not happy. I tried reaching out to them on live chat and I am very upset on how I was treated as they tried to make it seem like it was my bank that wasnt giving me my funds. You should be ashamed of trying to belittle me. Im well educated and know what the processes are in regards to this type of matter. I had respect for this platform until now SMH. And i can only imagine how many others have gone through the same thing.
They have really low rtp versions of games, some of the lowest actually, I've been playing on mcluck for a long time and haven't once redeemed. I pay 10 cents a spin to opt in to jackpots and tonight I got two seperate mini jackpots, but they were less than $10 each. Is $9 really a mini jackpot? Seriously? I thought all of the B2 sites were awesome but I'm reconsidering my stance on them, guess I'll stick with playfame for now.
Update on McLuck better experience customer service a lot better. They also fixed my deposit and I hit pretty good on the amount of money that I played for them. Would like to give them another star but customer service is hit and miss. The games are great they have a wide selection, great daily bonuses.
The experience I’ve had with Mcluck casino has always been great and I doubt it will ever diminish. The games are great and the layout and platform are easy to navigate. The promotions are awesome and keep the player engaged. The RTP is aligned with many other casinos. The live chat team are great, sincere and answer in a timely manner. I’ve been a player for a few years and will continue to do so.
I had been playing McLuck for many months until last year, where they decided to put my account under review for unknown reasons. Because of that, I was put under a purchase limit of $450 per day, and $900 per week (as of 2026). When I contacted customer service, they said my account was under a routinely review and they were unable to provide any help.
A year has passed, I went back to check if anything was resolved. But unfortunately, no. The same purchase limit is still there. I asked customer service, and an emotionless agent told me the EXACT SAME THING like a year ago, "your account is under a routinely review." This is atrocious. If this is truly a "routinely review" then why has nothing changed over throughout a year? It's always like that, some dumb random agent regurgitating the same thing "your account is under a routinely review" over and over again.
The McLuck I know is a reputable casino who cares about their customer, not a scummy site who spins their loyal customers around like a freaking BeyBlade. I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND MCLUCK TO ANY PASSIONATE PLAYERS OUT THERE. Once they feel like it, they will just do something nasty to your account with no clear explanation.
I however have an open mind. If McLuck can resolve my account issue, then I am glad to give this a 5-star review, and recommend the site to other people. Otherwise, I will make everyone aware of this ridiculous customer experience I have from McLuck.

You can't believe what you read. I'm starting to think any time somebody recommends something on a professional website that is recommending online gaming sites and casinos I believe they're sponsored because every time I follow the advice of one of these so-called experts I get on there I buy coins I buy money to play with and I don't win. even when they were listed as high fast payout fast turn around I will literally go 20 to 30 spins with no hit and I just got off of mcluck and I feel like they made me mick unlucky. For the record Spree.com is the best gaming site that I've used so far I would not recommend this site to anybody.
