Worst app ever I am getting more and more surveys so is it my fault if i travel so much is it my fault that surveys filling is my hobby I am earning more points in it that's why they suspended my account for permanent by saying fake location and all irrelevant stuff they don't deserve even 1 star one more option should be there in ratings of 0 zero star they deserve it..
Thieves! Please stay away from this company. I have been a member for nearly 2 years and I experienced very bad customer service.I tried to redeem my 1135 points and they told me to link my account to PayPal to redeem an e-gift card When I told me them that I don't have PayPal they emailed me saying that my account has been suspended because it doesn't meet their standards.They realized that after nearly 2 years!The truth is that when they see that you are able to earn a lot of points and money, they don't like that and suspend your account for no reason.Their replies are always authomated and they don't help at all.Don't loose your time with this awful company!Thieves!!!
Like so many others, I was scammed by this site. Never had any issues completing surveys and cashing out so I saved up my points to cash out for a larger amount. That's when I got a notification that I suddenly don't meet their quality standards and they're suspending my account and taking all of the rewards points I earned! They refuse to give a reason for their sudden issue with me (BECAUSE THERE IS NO REASON!). It really sucks when a company only has an issue when it's time to cash out. Listen to the MANY negative reviews about this company and stay away! Don't waste your precious time.
I'm so tire of LifePoints so I logged out and deleted the app because you never going to pay so keep the points which you're doing anyway. The same message: I must've violated the terms and conditions the reason I can't cash out. What LifePoints mean to say or should say they violated the terms and conditions the reason points can't be redeem. There are so many terms I want to use to describe LifePoints but it wouldn't be appropriate on this platform. Farewell to LifePoints not a legitimate app. SCAMMER!!!!
Very bad experience with LifePoints. I have invested my time and effort, yet failed to redeem my points. The investigation also delayed and failed to provide enough satisfactory reasons, yet my point was taken from me, and I cannot redeem it. The platform was good, yet my time and effort isn’t fairly compensated. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not fair especially when the specific reasons isn’t shared but automated reply of violation of terms and condition without actual pointing to the specific reason !!!!
This looks ok but it is a scam. Their only priority is their business client, not the members who fill out the surveys. They treat your poorly and react with a vague script or not at all. Do not give them your data.Be aware that their customer "service" is a fluke, opening tickets will not resolve anything. Their con artists must be very proud.
Something is going on with this site. It all began on the September 20, 2024 when I got a confirmation order for a $15.00 Amazon reward. I contacted LIFEPOINTS on the 25th to let them know that my reward had not been received and they tell me it was...check my spam (I had already done this). ON THE SAME DAY, I get an email from them tell me that there was a problem with the reward and once I HAVE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE, it will be reissued. I wrote back....WHAT IS THE ISSUE? On the 26th, I get an email saying that the reward has been REsent. On the 27th, I get another email saying that there was a technical issue. My points were returned and I need to redeem them AGAIN. I thought this problem was resolved, UNTIL I went to the site to RE-redeem my reward and the Amazon gift card is just gone. I contacted the same person asking what is going on and I haven't heard back and probably won't. There isn't enough money to be made on this site to continue going through this frustration. The surveys are fairly lengthy and you can spend alot of time on them, only to be told that you don't qualify...WHAT? ...After 15 minutes you tell me this. And then when you do get enough points to redeem, it takes the longest time to receive your reward ... if you are lucky enough to get it to be accepted. At first I absolutely loved this site, but it sure has gone downhill in the past 3-4 months.
This site used to be good. However it seems to have gone downhill over recent weeks. Today I had another experience which has become typical.My home page showed 8 surveys, great I thought! I clicked into every one and of those 8 7 were closed. This happens every day and it used to be a rare thing. The 8th I was accepted answered lots of questions and was then screened out- this also happens a lot lately. I am sure they still use the information gathered.It's such a shame.Just an update I logged into the site later that same day and had 11- yes 11 surveys! ALL were closed when I tried to access them. I have had similar experiences in the intervening days including today. Something is not right!
Very disappointed last 7 months was good for little rewards then just stopped my account losing £60 worth of point for doing nothing wrong accusing of incomplete membership, inconsistency in profile, speeding through surveys, providing identical answers, false geographical location, multiple accounts and inappropriate language which I’ve not done any so I want the evidence and reasons of why, was going good as well very annoyed
