Decent boxes, but poor tape and accessories

The boxes themselves are decent, but the tape and tape gun, along with other accessories, are of very low quality. The tape fails to stick, causing the boxes to open and resulting in damage to our valuables. I recommend looking for alternatives!

The boxes are acceptable, but the tape and tape gun, as well as any other accessories, are of very low quality. The tape doesn't adhere properly, causing the boxes to open and leading to damage of our valuables. I suggest exploring other options!

Order issues for moving an elderly relative

I ordered to assist with moving an elderly relative, but the boxes never arrived. Now, the situation is with the bank as I can't reach the company. I keep receiving messages to be patient, but it’s too late as the move is already done. Very disappointing experience.

Complete scam

This is a complete scam. I ordered a moving pack of boxes with next-day delivery. After two weeks and numerous emails, the boxes never arrived, and the dispatch number showed no progress. I had to contact my bank to reverse the charge since I received no response to my refund request.

Unacceptable service

This company should face consequences for their actions. I placed an order for about £140, but the delivery was incomplete, missing several rolls of bubble wrap. I reached out via email, thinking it would be resolved easily. Instead, I received a reply questioning if the items were packed inside others. I provided evidence, including photos and CCTV footage proving the delivery was incomplete. After that, I received no further communication. I sent multiple emails and attempted to call, but no one answered, even after waiting for half an hour. I plan to file a claim in small claims court to recover my losses.

Disastrous company, no urgency, incomplete orders

One star is too generous. I placed two orders, both missing items. It's nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and email responses are incredibly slow. It's hard to believe a company selling boxes could have such high call volumes that waiting over an hour is necessary. They show no urgency despite the nature of their business. Their 'next-day delivery' claim is completely misleading. The included tape is so poor I wouldn't trust it for sealing anything. The general boxes are flimsy, and the tissue paper is practically useless. The double-walled boxes are acceptable.

Delayed delivery

It took a week for my order to arrive. It was nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and I was left waiting for a callback or an email ticket. I couldn't use the cancellation service as the required parts online led nowhere. The tape dispenser was faulty, and a box cutter was missing. I would never use them again. It was a stressful experience at a very inconvenient time. The boxes were just okay, hence the two stars.
