In February 2025, we purchased a used vehicle from Meadway Autoland, but unfortunately, we encountered several problems with it shortly after. I was able to speak with Zubair over the phone and communicate via text multiple times without any problems. He arranged for the vehicle to be collected at our convenience in the evening, taken for repairs, and then returned to us. Everything was fine until the following week when we experienced more issues. Once again, we reached out to Zubair, and he promptly arranged for the vehicle to be collected and repaired. They even refueled the car for us.Things went well for another week, but we faced more problems. We contacted Zubair to discuss the options of an exchange or a refund. We visited the garage to look around with one of their staff members, but unfortunately, we didn't find anything suitable. However, they offered us a full refund.Throughout this experience, Zubair and his team were professional and responsive, answering my calls and texts even outside of normal business hours.Although this car purchase didn’t work out for us, I felt it was important to share my experience as a review for other potential customers. AVOID, purchased a car from these liars and con men. Bought blind because I am disabled and asked for a video of car. Was assured it was immaculate with no dents or scratches and I had “no worries” as he had purchased from a friend. It arrived with just 7 mths mot, too many scratches to count a couple of dents, not washed in fact rotten, not valeted and passenger seat caked in women’s hairs, spare wheel missing, sat nav burnt and smashed, no aerial, 7” strip of rubber missing from wipers. Constantly ignored messages left although read. It has now been 8days since he read the last two that I left and ignored. Really do yourself a favour and do not buy from these con artists.

Do not buy from these cowboys at MEADWAY AUTOLAND. The vehicles are unroadworthy and dangerous, the vehicles they sell are all Cat N's and Cat S which they fail to declare. If you want to buy a dangerous vehicle then head to MEADWAY AUTOLAND for a BARGAIN BANGER!
