Worst odds I've ever seen and promos never landed. Spent a fortune. Didn't see a single bonus in any game. Popular games on other sites just dont wanna drop anything. Absolute grifters. Avoid at all costs. Or it will cost you dearly.
Was locked out of my account , contacted numerous times to resolve this with no joy. Tries again today and spoke to laura who rudely ended chat without resolving issue. Opened another chat with Hailey and asked her politely NOT to close the chat till resolved .... she done exactly that. Rude , unprofessional and couldn't give a care in the world about the customer. The one star was because I couldn't leave less..... minus 5 stars.Don't waste your time or money here . Vile people
I won £20 on tournament n got a £20 drop prize claimed it n it never turned up. Spoke to customer services. And they said they would raise it but haven't heard anything in a long while . If you win you lose .SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

One of the worst sites in the industry. Absolutely shocking at how much this site crashes and always seems to be down. How can a site have so many errors? Numerous times I am playing a game and disturbed by constant error messages and what’s even more frustrating is that I’ve got on a few bonuses and the game has crashed and I don’t get to watch the bonus and have to trust that the pay out was was they say it was. Not one bit fair! Also all these errors and with how often their site down why don’t they look into this and change their software? Just seems so suspicious why a site doesn’t fix the issue. Hard to win on Mecca anyway let alone with the constant crashing. Starting to think these errors are intentional, because how many people have lost out on a big win due to games crashing? It’s a good way to stop people from winning big, saving mecca thousands of pounds. I agree with others on here that they’re no longer trustworthy. Stay well away there’s better and fairer out there.
I am absolutely sick to death of your site. So sick in fact I am seriously considering legal action to get you shut down. For the longest time now, your site does nothing but crash, I have put money on a game and time and time again I cannot even watch, don’t know who the winner is (if even there is one, or maybe one of your faves, see below). I have also noted, from the thousands of screen shots I have taken, that you have favoured winners and new comer winners. Leaving not much chance for those in between. I am sickened, completely sickened by how you conduct your site, you are very very clearly biased. Having said that, the biggest point is, when you have a big game, you kick people, can’t watch the game and your money is gone. Not a trust worthy site, and absolutely without a shadow of a doubt, robbing gits!!!
