Utter rubbish. Don’t waste your money. The whole site is rigged, played several different games, landed a few bonuses, but shock horror EVERY SINGLE TIME, it crashes and doesn’t pick up where you left. Wins are 20p-£1.50 no matter how much the bet is. Will be closing my account
No wonder so many negative reviews. I have now closed my account since this site thinks its okay to not pay a bonus in over £150 wagered. Yes i have screenshotted ll transactions before account closure. FIXED majority of the spins was 20p.on a £1 stake. I got 1 bonus at the start £1 stake. 15 free spins won a grand total of £2.88 thats the grand totak.this site thinks its okay to pay.
I would give zero stars if possible. I only deposit £10 a month on Mecca games simply because I never win anything on there and each month I think maybe, just maybe I might win something small, even just £3-£4 but nope. I use all the other well known slot sites daily and I can honestly say Mecca are the worst. I’m closing my account. Take my advice and DO NOT sign up to Mecca games. Disgusting treatment of woman I care for I care for Debbie she has learning disabilities and is housebound she won £140 on mecca then after 2 year’s playing they blocked her saying they need id she provided I’d and they then ignored her she phoned and messaged every day they said I’d didn’t match after saying I’d passed then someone phoned and spoke to her asked if she had fun she told them she has lots of fun and names the games she had fun on they have banned her for 6 months saying she said she doesn’t have fun and said she didn’t win anything as they looked at a different date disgusting treatment of someone vulnerable who told them she relies on playing mecca to speak to people I guess people with learning difficulties are easy to Rob and con avoid this company like the plague I’ll be taking this matter further
Wish I could give it zero stars !! And I wish I’d read these reviews first . Joined two days ago and went a bit crazy on slingo put in over £400 waiting for my luck to change and start winning some back . Eventually I got a lousy £90 and before I could withdraw it they locked my account !! I don’t have a passport / driving license ( I know but don’t drive or fly ) so I was asked to send all the usual documents which I did. I know I was silly but I really need those winnings and they just keep adding more stuff they need . This isn’t the secret service it’s a flipping game site !! I’ve just sent a photo of my ugly face holding my birth certificate and my bank card again and freaked out at the lovely polite girl on the phone out of poor frustration . Next stop a solicitor . Never again !! I’m fuming .
