Do not use. Every promotion you opt in to you have to chase for bonus. When you get to finally talk to someone they ask for screenshots of the promotion, times and ID numbers and make it difficult to get the bonus. This has happened 3 times. I thought it was just an error on the first two but clearly you are never automatically awarded the bonus even though this is stated in the terms. I did eventually receive an email telling me that my fee spins had been added, however they only added half of the agreed amount and I was unable to play as I kept getting error messages.
This company is unprofessional and the gaming software is dodgy, I deposited over £100 and every game I played keeped crashing every 5/10 minutes kicking me back to home screen. There for! my chances of winning became less than usual. I made them aware of this in live chat only to be told there's nothing they can do and to close my account if I wish because they now have my money and I had no chance of winning. When you wager over 400 on fluffy favourites and dont get a single bonus and only 2x 5 of the same you no its a big scam coreupt fixed fraud site! I will be contacting the gambling commision about this. Over 400 with no bonus.. AVOID SCAMMERS!!!
The site works fine and there was no problem with my account. However, I won't use Mecca again because any free spins and bonuses have ridiculous wagering requirements which other online casinos don't have. I will use those companies instead.
Please do not give this site your money, completely rigged. I deposited £10 to get £40 welcome bonus and 50 free spins. I knew before I’d spent even 5 pounds that the site is rigged. Out of 50 pounds I got a feature once and it paid one pound odd out. The slots are completely dead! I wouldn’t have minded if I got some sort of enjoyment out of it…..but I didn’t. Mecca games are honestly a joke. None of their offers work. I tried the welcome offer then deposited for the 25 spins offer then again for the daily, none of the offers worked.LC gave me free spins so i thought great. I won £20 on gonzo but then couldn't see the funds. Some sites ask you to plsy your real cash to release winnings. I idiotically deposited another £10 and used on a game called immortsl romance.
