Absolutely disgusting site!I have spent just over £500 on this site, I have never ever won once. I wish I could upload screen shots, I have now gone down the root of severe complaints and involved the gambling commission.No bonus.. I’ve never received 1 bonus in £500 I have spent. I’ve never won more than £2. I started screen recording every game I had played to show people and post online about how bad this company is. I’m booted out with sever error every 5 minutes, the spins are all over the place. Happy enough to take your money. I am certain this is a scam site. Please please do not use this site, spend your money else where. Paddy power is fantastic! This site will continue to take your money and you will never ever receive even £10 back. Scam! I cannot wait for the day the company goes bust and they investigate everything they have done wrong. 😀!!Screen shot & screen record is all I can say! The live chat are useless. They want your money, they do not play fair.
As poor a Casino I have ever encountered. If you like Dead Spins then this is the site for you, the chances of getting a Bonus Game, or Free Spins are ridiculously low, and if you do manage to get them then the Payouts are an absolute joke of the highest order. The variety of games for a company this size is very lacking, how any Casino does not have one of the Market Leaders in Pragmatic Games is beyond me.The Customer Service is awful, expect to wait a week before your emails receive a reply and with the Live Chat you have to wait at least 30 minutes in a queue, and whilst you are a waiting for a reply to a question you have asked the Live Chat times out even though the delay is on their side.I have made several complaints one involving me depositing £20.00 which was not credited to my account, which took 3 Emails, 2 Live Chats, and 2 weeks to get my money back, not even an offer of any free spins even though they were at fault.I have another complaint regarding the R.T.P. I waited 8 days for the initial reply when they gave the obvious bumph of how their Games are fully tested, however they did say they are going to send me the requested details of my personal R.T.P. so I could forward it to the Gambling Commission, this information must have got lost though as that was 6 days ago, or they've seen my R.T.P. is that low that they can't possibly let me see the percentages, absolutely appalling.I've since complained again due to their Daylight Robbery of me wagering £85.00 at 20p per spin on various games and finally receiving the bonus round on Goonies Return, getting Organ Bones Bonus and I won a massive 4p, and that is not even an exaggeration, again I am yet to receive a reply.I play on a lot of Sites, but this one definitely leaves a lot to be desired and should be left well alone by anyone with a sane mind.
Signed up to Mecca Games almost 3 weeks ago. My account was locked straight away and I had to send ID Documents. I sent them only to be told that the driving license didnt have all the corners (they were just on the edge of the photo) and that the utilities bill was out of date. It was within 3 months when I sent sent it! So they asked me to send again. So I did new photo of driving licence and downloaded a new utilities statement. Email returned saying DL is now OK but Utilities is out of date. No it isnt. So talked to Live Chat. They were useless and told me that my ID was out of date. It wasnt but they asked me to send again, so I did. Another 2 days pass with no response so I emailed them. Following day I contacted live chat again. Still told ID was out of date and could I send again. So I did. Still no response. Contacted live chat again and they said that my ID that I sent was out of date. Told them not to bother. I would take my money elsewhere. Still no response from emails.
Signed up a couple of days ago and was giving free spins! Wins from the free spins couldn’t be used on any games! I ended up withdrawing my money and lost the bonus funds! I then had another offer deposit and free spins, I tried this again and yet again the bonus funds couldn’t be used in any games! Tried different servers, cleared history all that was recommended by live chat!! Nothing!! Also was constantly kicked off the site! Send email to support with no response!! Not really impressed at all!!
