Medicash claims processing is efficient, easy and prompt. The notification process is right level. Staff are responsive and professional in all interactions. I think Medicash has set the bar for claims processing and customer service.

Errors in claim screen and not allowing change of plan

When selecting the person being claimed for, the home phone number is blank and the mobile is my home phone number. When I go to edit the do, they are correct, so it’s bringing through incorrect data. Just rubbish coding.Also, they won’t allow me to upgrade our plan, even though it will cost me more. Not sure what their problem is. Not very commercial on their part.
