Easy to use app,great service

Easy to use app,and quick and professional communication over the email,if necessary. I cannot fault the Medicash so far,and It has been just over a year of use and regular claims for myself and my child.It is a definite perk attached to my work place.

Great service

After some initial issues my claims have now been agreed and I am clearer on what to do next time following initial review below.I put in a claim for two prescriptions but this was rejected as they wanted a receipt with my name on it listing the medications. My pharmacy said they cannot do this for nhs prescriptions so I have no way of claiming. Their customer service team are friendly but unable to help. Disappointing given my claim is completely genuine.
