I got my BA with Dr Skala. I am extremely happy with the results and care received throughout the whole process. I was very skeptical about flying to another country for such procedure but Tereza was an absolute star and everything is planned out in detail for you from start to finish. The staff at the clinic were very attentive and kept me at ease. Would deffo return and would recommend.
I had surgery last month with Dr Skala upon recommendation from 2 other ladies who had undergone surgery with him for breast implant explantation.The communication with Kristyna (the coordinator) was always very pleasant and helpful. I can’t fault her nor Tereza (who met me at the clinic for my pre-op tests at all). They were both lovely and spoke perfect English.I had agreed (and paid for) explanation with capsulectomy with Mr Skala and believed he would do a good job of removing anything potentially harmful, as well as do his best to ensure what was left would be aesthetically pleasing.The next morning after surgery when he came to remove my bandages I was horrified- he had butchered my breasts! My left one has many indentations and a total loss of breast tissue (breast tissue that was there prior to ever having implants) and I assume it was due to accidentally removing breast tissue during surgery .My right breast was extremely bruised and swollen (right down my ribs too!) and the drain was removed too soon, so I ended up with a seroma also.The aftercare when travelling to another country for surgery was basically none existent.I can’t get a clear answer from him about what exactly he did during surgery and why my breasts are so deformed.Every other surgeon in the UK I have consulted with since tells me that the 55 minutes I was in having surgery with Mr Skala (as noted by him) was far too short a time to do a good job of such a procedure. It seems he is inexperienced in this kind of surgery and maybe rushed mine as I was his 3rd surgery of the day!I am left looking deformed and having to look at paying a UK surgeon more money to reconstruct my breasts. I would warn anybody that the price may seem appealing, but if it seems too good to be true- it probably is!
From the first message enquiring about my surgery, until the day I’ve come home, has been nothing short of excellent. Tereza is very professional, polite, informative and answered my 1 million questions… we stayed at the apartment within the clinic and it was perfect. On arrival at Prague, we were welcomed, promptly, by our driver, and driven directly to our apartment. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance and for anything else, we used bolt. On the day of surgery, I was welcomed by the staff at the clinic, Tereza was as lovely as always, very clear in explaining what was going to happen and I was made very comfortable and then I met Dr Skala. I was so nervous, but put at ease by his friendly manner. He spoke through the plan of action, welcomed questions and then I had the premeds. I was taken to my room until the anaesthetist was ready. Once again they spoke through everything and ensured I was comfortable. When I woke up, yes I was in pain, but the staff were so attentive and gave me everything I needed. My observations were frequent and they really did everything to help me. By the next day I was ready to go back to the apartment. I’m 5 days post op and honestly the scars are so neat. I’m overjoyed at how I’m looking so far. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr Skala and his team. Trust them, they are brilliant. This was my first experience of cosmetic surgery and I am planning to return following a full recovery.

Tereza and Doctor Skala were incredible. The service was 10/10. I had been thinking about getting breast implants for years and I decided to go with MediCzech after reading the reviews online about Dr Skala. I knew I was in good hands from my first emails and I love my new breasts.
I cannot recommend enough a whole clinic and its personnel. My medical coordinator Tereza is an absolute star! Even tho I was in a foreign country it felt so right -was surrounded by bunch of lovely and friendly people. Dr Skala himself-he deffo is a magic maker! Very good experience overall. I was met at the airport and brought to my hotel in the old town. Next morning I was collected and brought to the clinic. The procedure was done with the best professionalism and I encountered no pain or discomfort at the clinic. For a day or two afterwards, I had spells of nausea and waited mainly in my hotel. U followed instructions carefully and used the nausea tablets that were given to me. Three months on and I have lost weight and don't have the tendencies that I had previously to overeat or eat junk food. I was also given some very nice booklets with pictures on what to eat and what to avoid. I have more energy and a new lease of life. I'm very grateful to this clinic. They provide excellent treatment.

It was my second time going to this clinic. The first time was 10 years ago I did liposuction and this year April 2025 I went for breastlift and silicone I am very pleased with the results. Its not healed yet but im happy. The scars are healing nicely.
