My husband and I have dealt with Troy for quite a number of years long distance - We are in Pennsylvania and Troy is in Florida . It all started by a random phone call that Troy had made to us . We have found that he truly is a man of his word ... He knows his "stuff" ...He has gotten back to us in a timely manner...
