This service is a complete scam! I was charged 12 months of membership fees that I never enrolled in. I've spent all day disputing these charges with their support team, and they finally agreed to refund me. However, they only processed 6 credits instead of the full amount. When I inquired about the remaining credits, they provided a vague response claiming the refund was processed and advised me to check with my bank. My bank has nothing to do with their incomplete refund. The full amount should be refunded through my original payment method, yet only 6 credits are showing. This seems to be a common issue, as there are other complaints. I've reported them to relevant authorities. Avoid this service at all costs! They take your hard-earned money, and getting it back is nearly impossible.
