The pharmacists and counter staff are always very helpful and polite, and nothing is too much trouble.
I have consulted with the Medipharm Pharmacist on many occasions for various health problem advice , and always recieved a courteous and helpful response to my health concerns.

Ignored comms, unimpressed

Ignored my immediate email asking to cancel erroneous order and sent it anyway. Arrived the following week, without any enclosed paperwork, and I now have to work out how to return it, to Ireland, which probably won't be cheap. Unimpressed.
