After a positive start with the service, my experience took a turn for the worse, revealing a lack of honesty from the company and their representative. I placed an order and paid a shipping fee, but there were delays. Eventually, my package was flagged for paperwork issues. Despite having a prescription for an approved medication, it was held up due to errors. After weeks of inquiries, I was told I needed to pay a fee to have it resent, but it never arrived. I later confirmed from the courier that the package was never returned to them. After escalating my complaint, I received a partial refund but no accountability for the misinformation. I'm now out a significant amount.
After transferring money for payment and repeatedly requesting shipment confirmation via email, I received no follow-up from the company. My numerous phone calls were abruptly cut off. Horrible customer service. Steer clear of this company.
I placed an order and made a payment. Although it was dispatched after a few days, due to incorrect paperwork, it was returned. The company has not attempted to resend it or provide a refund. Customer service has been extremely poor, and I'm still awaiting a resolution after a month. Update: These people are SCAMMERS. They will NOT deliver any products they advertise. Save your money and AVOID them.
