Review for Medproper, a "health tourism" service provider located in Istanbul.
My story began 1.5 years ago when a friend of mine visited Turkey for dental work and also underwent gastric sleeve surgery. He highly recommended and praised Medproper's services. I traveled to Istanbul with him, and we both received new teeth; I also had three implants placed. I was extremely pleased with the results. Now, a year and a half later, I returned to have my teeth fitted to the implants. I am very satisfied with the outcome and can confidently recommend their services to my friends in Finland.

I cannot fault the hospital staff and the translator. Overall, the experience was positive. Unfortunately, the beginning was less than ideal due to a breakdown in guidance and communication upon arrival at the hospital. Had this not occurred, it would have been a 5-star experience. Our translator was excellent, enhancing the situation and making us feel secure. Her explanations were outstanding, and she was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable.
I traveled to this hospital from abroad for stomach surgery. The staff and nurses provided excellent care, and I was pleased with my doctor. My recovery has been smooth, with no pain or discomfort. Nonetheless, there were a few areas of concern. Firstly, there were organizational issues. Our transfer vehicle for the return trip arrived quite late, despite us notifying them multiple times about our return schedule. I nearly missed my flight. Additionally, after my surgery, when I returned home, the doctor’s assistant ceased communication with me. This has led to ongoing communication challenges. In summary, while my experience had positive aspects, you might want to consider other hospitals that can offer better support during the post-operative phase.
