The product was supposed to arrive Feb 13. It's refrigerated and for that reason sent overnight. It's the 15th and still nothing. FedEx has been unresponsive. Zero info. So I called and asked for a replacement or a refund. They declined both. This company is unethical and reading these other reviews I'm glad I found this out before spending more. I have reported fraud to my bank and have contacted the FDA with a complaint.

Buyer beware! They offered me tirzepatide@199 a month (that’s how they market it). After the first month I place a re-order and got billed for $399. They told me that the first was an introductory price to “introduce” the product. I got no notice of the new price until after I renewed and was charged. RIPOFF!! Don’t use them!
The medicine did not work on me. I did not lose 1 pound on top of that. It made my arm break out and a serious rash. They agreed to give me a refund, but then changed their mind and denied it. I recommend do not use MEDVi for weight loss medicine. The only thing that I lost was $600.
