I would give them 0 stars. You can't even cancel until they take your money for no services rendered. You can cancel all you want but they still take your money. You can block them and everything else but they still take it. It will never end.
Completamente enganoso, não se deixem levar! No terceiro dia, fui cobrado em R$41,44 do meu cartão de crédito. Eles ofereceram 3 dias grátis por R$2,00. Cobram R$2,00 no dia 20/12 e em 23/12 me cobraram R$41,44. E ainda não encontraram nada sobre meu plano de aposentadoria.

Even though I didn't find what I was looking for and needing the support staff member was absolutely amazing helping me with giving me information and made sure I understood the information that was given. Quick responses to my emails everything was stated clearly. I greatly value a company that goes out of there way to have staff that care for customers.
