I was solo traveling in Bosnia and wasn’t sure what to do next when I came across this tour—and I’m so glad I did! Armin was an incredible guide who led us on a two-hour walking tour through Sarajevo, sharing a wealth of knowledge about the city’s rich and complex history. His storytelling brought the past to life in a way that was both eye-opening and deeply moving. It was a hot day, and I found myself needing to sit down a few times, but Armin kept going with such energy and professionalism. I was genuinely impressed by how well he managed the tour despite the heat.If you’re doing this tour in the summer, I highly recommend bringing a bottle of water and wearing comfy walking shoes—there’s a good bit of walking involved.Overall, it was an amazing experience that gave me a much deeper appreciation for Sarajevo. I would 100% recommend Armin for any tour—I’ll definitely be booking with him again in the future!
We joined the free walking tour in Sarajevo yesterday. Our guide was Ahmed, and he was hugely informative and knowledgable, and also put the information across in an interesting and entertaining way. The morning flew past as we learned about the history of the city, both ancient and more recent, and visited the many fascinating local sites of interest. I highly recommend this tour!
Amazing experience with the Mostar tour and Sarajevo tour from Meet Bosnia! Everything was well organized and smooth. Our guides (Armina for Mostar and Armin for Sarajevo) was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the day unforgettable. We definitely learned so much of this country thanks to them. Highly recommend!
We joined the free walking tour and rented a bicycle the next day. The walking tour was very well designed. After an initial overview there were interesting inputs at a good length combined with some walking in between and the possibility for questions, bilaterally and in the group. Edin, the head of the agency was the guide, an authentic one from Sarajevo, referring to his own experience and also providing recommendations for own further exploration and additional tours providing insights into specific historical periods like the fall of Yugoslavia and others. The mountain bike we rented the next day was in very good condition. Unfortunately, my son fell with it in the old bobsleigh track causing some minor cosmetic damage. Still, we felt quite uncomfortable. But Edin was very much worried about our wellbeing when we returned the bike and showed us the way to the next pharmacy. He checked the bike but did not ask for any compensation for scratches. We can fully recommend Meet Bosnia for the great tour and the care for their customers. Thanks to the whole team of Meet Bosnia, Hagen
