I had an extremely disappointing experience with this airline. Although online check-in is labeled as 'optional,' their system consistently failed due to server issues, and customer support was unreachable, leaving passengers without assistance. At the airport, manual check-in counters closed quickly due to low passenger numbers, making it nearly impossible to complete necessary procedures unless you arrive 2–3 hours early. If you miss this narrow window, you are denied boarding with no meaningful refund. The conduct of the airport staff was rude and unhelpful, offering no support despite my explanations. After filing a complaint through the appropriate channels, instead of resolving the issue, the airline refunded only a small tax amount, effectively forfeiting the entire ticket fare. The lack of accountability, unreliable systems, poor ground handling, and evasive responses to complaints make this airline's practices appear misleading and unfair. This experience felt more like being trapped in a system designed to evade responsibility. Passengers should be very cautious before selecting this airline. If you expect basic digital reliability, responsive support, fair treatment, or proper refunds, reconsider before booking.

Terrible Experience with Flight Rescheduling

I had an awful experience trying to reschedule a flight with the airline. I booked a flight for 18/10/2025 from one city to another and, shortly after booking, decided to reschedule my trip. Within 10 minutes of my booking, I started calling customer care, being 72nd in the queue. After about 10 minutes, the call disconnected. I also requested a return callback, but no one contacted me. I tried again, but the same thing happened; it took 4 hours and multiple calls to finally reach a customer care executive. After hearing my situation, I was told I had to pay an extra amount for rescheduling, despite my efforts to call in time. The reason given was that my flight was within a 72-hour window. However, if customer care had picked up my call the first time, I would have been outside that window. I don't understand why I have to incur extra charges when the airline lacks sufficient customer care representatives. The time taken to move from 72 to 0 in the queue shows there are only a couple of executives available.

Avoid Booking with This Airline

Avoid booking with this airline. My flight was canceled after booking it twice, and the call center representatives do not answer my calls. I had to wait for 2 hours just for them to pick up, and even then, my issue was not resolved. It has been a frustrating experience with constant cancellation issues.

Refund Denied for Canceled Flight

The airline canceled my flight stating operational reasons, and when I requested a complete refund, my request was denied. They have taken a significant amount from me, and I plan to escalate this complaint to the relevant authorities. This feels like a shady business practice, and I urge others to think twice before booking tickets with this airline.

The Worst Experience Ever

This has been the worst experience of my life; I would rate this airline a minus 10 if I could. I missed my flight due to being late, but there was no staff available to assist me as security wouldn’t let me out without staff due to policy. I was stuck at the airport for 4 hours, and this isn't the first time; my previous flight was delayed by 5 hours, causing significant issues for me. It may be coincidence, but there should at least be some staff available at the airport. Additionally, my return flight was delayed by four hours again. This airline cannot be trusted for urgent travel.
