I placed an order with next day delivery on January 2nd. Money was deducted from my account on January 5th. The app shows no updates since my order was placed. I haven’t received any response to my email or message. It seems my message hasn’t even been read. My call to the contact number was cut off immediately.
I placed an order on December 20, 2025, but I haven’t heard anything and there are no tracking details. I emailed the company and was told to expect a tracking email within 24 hours due to the holiday period. Still nothing, so I requested a refund and cancellation. I was informed my order was stuck at the sorting center. I doubt I will ever receive my order, so I repeated my request. No refund and no sign of my order. Avoid this company — they provide numerous excuses to keep your money!
