Zero stars if that would be possible. Everyone is right. This is a scam. From China. Cleo is a cheap chap stick in a pink box with cute excessive advertising. You don’t like it, it has to be sealed in the box for them to accept a refund and then yes you will have to ship it to China and pay more in shipping than what you paid for the product. Dispute your transaction with your credit card. That’s the way to go. This is a total scamAlso doesn’t anyone feel this is odd that on their own website the reviews are 4.9 stars but there is NO possibility to actually review your purchase? Those are premade and probably compensated reviews that are set and one can’t add on to them. 4.9 on their site 1.2 here with everyone honest to tell the truth about the companies dishonest proctored and the fact that the products are cheap, useless and mediocre

THEFT

The first time I ordered the flickering candles no problem. The item was fine. So I ordered two more sets.They took my money but a month later I have still not receive my order. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT WAS THEFTDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY - RETURNS/CREDIT NOT POSSIBLE

total scam - do not buy online - returns have to go to China and likely you will either not see the refund as the items appear to missing in the Chinese Customs system.....also they will constantly send you pathetic replies..saying they will review when received ..guess what they don't receive the returned goods so they they refuse refund. I will try and go through my credit card provider to legally pursue them REVIEW DO NOT BUY

Gradual improvement but works great

Haven't really tried their other products but I genuinely like the corrector serum. It was not super good where I see results instantly but I do notice a gradual improvement.

The product is nothing more than a chapstix. I paid stupid money and you can get it on eBay and amazon at a fraction of the price. Please save your money. If you want a nice perfumed chapstix continue and buy. If you are expecting it to do what it claims by smearing it on your face stay well clear.

Paid for product and never received it
