This bank appears to engage in fraudulent practices under the guise of Islamic finance. The mobile app is the worst among all banks, glitching precisely when transactions are attempted, leading to a frustrating battle to recover funds. The cheque clearance process is riddled with irrelevant objections, causing unnecessary deductions from accounts. I strongly advise against using this bank.
I wish I could give zero stars, as this bank warrants that rating. My account was scammed for about 8000 PKR due to unauthorized transactions. After multiple claims and two months without resolution, the lack of cybersecurity measures and accountability is alarming.
I had a shocking experience at the branch while trying to open an account. The process was frustrating, with documents being revised multiple times without clear guidance. The staff displayed a complete lack of understanding regarding my international employment situation. Other customers were also struggling with basic issues. This reflects a systemic failure in staff training and awareness.
I cannot agree with the claim of being the 'Best Bank of Pakistan.' As a premier customer, my treatment has been unacceptable. After countless attempts to get a Certificate of Account Maintenance, I withdrew most of my funds due to unresponsive staff. My experience at this branch has been frustrating, and I advise others to seek better banking options.
I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with the service for over a month via emails and calls. Each day brings a new excuse, with no real progress. My experience today was infuriating: the first agent took 20 minutes to connect me to a supervisor, then another 20 to switch teams, only to drop the call. My next attempt resulted in another dropped call, and during my third try, I wasted 20 minutes only to be told I couldn't reach a supervisor. I need transparency, accountability, and a real solution.
