Avoid disgusting company threatening pensioners. Do not buy from these hooligans! Treat customers appallingly. My father purchased a Jaguar I-Pace that they clearly sold with existing faults, and when the issues became obvious, and it was obvious the warranty was not going to cover the work needed he returned the vehicle within the 14-day cooling-off period, fully within his rights.Instead of being helpful or honoring the warranty, their attitude immediately changed. No one wanted to assist, and they became threatening and abusive. Even worse, the behavior of three males towards a 70-year-old customer was rude, unprofessional, and threatening. Throwing paperwork and keys at a customer is how they conduct their business. No customer especially a pensioner should be treated this way.A dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell and show basic respect to the people who trust them with their money. Sadly, Mega Car Supermarket Halifax failed on both counts.We would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase here to be extremely cautious. Our experience was stressful and completely unacceptable.The finance company have been informed the vehicle is back in your possession. You are lucky we haven’t reported you to the Police.
